REVIEW:

With lots of action, plenty of comedy, and talking guinia pigs, you got yourself a pretty fun 3D adventure that can entertain most kids (like me), and some adults. G-Force follows the adventures of specially trained animals known as the G-Force. On their mission, they try to find out what world famous coffee maker macinest Lenaord Sabor is secretly planning behind the government. Unfortunately before they can get the proof, they are secretly taken to a pet store to stay in captivity. Now, our heroes, Darwin, Blaster, Juarez, Speckles, Mooch, and the new trainee Hurley must break out and save the world before Mr. Saber takes control of it. The only critique I have to say about this movie is how they set up the 3D version. You see, what Disney does to try to get a good 3D experience out of everyone is they have it in a sort of widescreen DVD format, which means you see black bars at the top and bottom of the screen. You're probably thinking, what's so wrong about that? Well, what's wrong with that is the characters or object pop out of the picture we see and into the bars, which is ort of a pop up book that's not necessary. Otherwise, I really enjoyed its style of action, comedy, and suspense. Parents, if you didn't enjoy recent Disney movies such as The Shaggy Dog or Beverly Hills Chihuahua and have kids who want to see this might want to take their sleeping pills unless they see it in 3D, which I totally recommend for any age over 5 years. So, try to go and enjoy yourself when you witness the heroic acts of the G-Force.

REVIEW:

Move over, Batman 'cause you might be in some trouble, popularity trouble as our favorite boy wizard finally comes back to the big screen after being postponed by nearly 8 months. Harry Potter 6 is about Harry's 6th year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. At the same time, Professer Severous Snape must do what so ever to make Draco Malfoy, Harry's enemy a death eater. (A cheerleader for Lord Voldemort) Also, Professer Dumbldore wants Harry to find out from newly hired Potions teacher Horace Slughorn how to destroy Voldemort once and for all. To do this, Harry needs to get a certain memory from Horace in order to find out. This movie was by far the best film in the Potter series, and possibly of 2009. But parents and fans beware, this movie is much darker and scarier then the other films; and some important parts of the book were cut out of the movie so don't expect everything from the book to be in the movie. Otherwise, go and see why critics and fans are loving Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince.

REVIEW:

Talk about your daily dose of "Boom, Boom, POW!!!!" That's what I got out of the sickest (coolest) movie/IMAX experience of the summer, and possibly even 2009. In the latest installment to the Transformers franchise, it takes place 2 years after the first movie where we find the Autobots working with the United States to find and destroy possible Desepticons on Earth. While that's happening, Sam Witwitcky, the human boy from #1 going to college. But, while he's looking at the sweatshirt he wore at the climax of the 1st movie, a remaining piece of the allspark falls out. Sam picks it up and when he looks at it, he starts seeing symbols. One of the incidents it occurs in is when he's in an Astronamy class. This movie is the biggest action movie I've ever seen. Also, if your deciding to see it in IMAX or not, take my advice; go to the nearest science museum that's showing Transformers in IMAX and see it there!!!!!!! I personally think this is tied as my favorite movie of the year with Star Trek and Up. MY suggestion, GO SEE TRANSFORMERS IN IMAX OR ELSE YOUR NOT GOING TO GET THE FULL EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

REVIEW:

Get ready for the coolest comedy of the summer as everyone's favorite sub zeros return to the big screen, but this time in 3D. In the latest Ice Age installment, Sid the sloth is jelaous of Manny and Elliot, the mammoths because they are expecting a baby. One day, Sid finds eggs that were supposedly abandoned. Sid therefore, takes the eggs as his own. The next day, the eggs hatch into baby dinosaurs which think Sid is his their mother. But, when the real mother of the babies comes to reclain them, it's up to the rest of the gang to get him. Meanwhile, Scrat the squirell is still trying to reclaim his acorn, but finds a girl squirell with the same disire as him. This film is chock full of laughter and will entertain the whole family. Everyone will especially enjoy the new characters appearing. Plus, I reccomend seeing it in 3D otherwise, you'll just looking at the "flat" picture instead of the "pop-up" picture. Either way, try to see this movie as soon as possible.
